mmm? alot of info...hard to soakup..lol , iv never heard of infrarecorder before , i use Nero, i thinking of getting a dvd burner........Can you burn a dvd into data disk?

Well, I'm using Nero at the time being. I feel it is user friendly as well.

i have been using nero to burn CD/DVD.. i have heard about Express Burn,StarBurn, FinalBurner,.. its all amazing..very using..my friends love finalburner much..

I`ve been using Nero for audio files and Alcohol for media files and games, but i will look into these further.Thanks for sharing the info.

There are hundreds of burning softwares available free on the net.Its up to you what you choose.I am using nero from many years and never had any problem.Some softwares i find are really cool, they can turn your rewritable cd into a hard-disk,that means you can burn data instantly just copying and pasting thats all.. no need to wait for all the burning stuff to go on.I used that software many years ago and i dont remember its name.But what i found that really bothers is.. you have to have the software on both pcs to see the data because the software saves the data in its format..

I use JetBee as it is powerful and free... Also Imageburner for burning .ido files on a disk

Yeah Alchohol is also a good software to burn but I don't like installing 2 burning softwares in my PC, so I stick with NEro only.

Haha, yeah, I use Imgburn as well. When I even burn things...nowadays I just move stuff to my portable hard drives. Easier than burning (now-rendered tiny) CDs since I don't have a DVD burner. DVD isn't much either compared to 640gig..

Some programs are available that can copy protect a home made CD, but they only prevent copying the CD as a whole.

Programs like this is Freelock (do a search on Freelock via google and you'll find more information)
