it will increase your site back links, increase exposure, traffic, pagerank, and more.
but you will not submit your blog to directoryol.com because of your site is not a directory site.

I have tried directory submission but it really didn't work well on me.. But to others, maybe.. I am not really sure! Anyway, I am just curious about this directory site.. Is this new? How many who submitted to it already?

U will need to submit your site to lot's of Directory site but those must have good PR....... if u had submitted link to few directory site it will not work...

Do you accept deep link?

If yes then i submitted my free web directory there. Url is http://www.seomanualsubmission.com/browse_directory.php and thats why i was asking about deep link allow or not ?
