Default Unanswered: does heat damage the pc?

heat is on with the summer onset, so are the sensitive gadgets which need some extra cares from the intense heat tend to be protected, but this does not mean you have an AC for each and every day machine, its not done, what do you feel does heat damage our personal computers, do they require some kind of cooling to prevent damage,would CPU damage in excess heat from the core? what do think?

Yes, computers should be placed in cooling space since its parts may damage due to excess heat.

yes it does. remember gadgets should be kept cool to operate best. so heat is definately going to affect your PC.

But i don't think that summer heat is going to have a much effect on the pC but you can always keep it in the shade.

i've got our desktop on a room with an aircondition so as not to overheat the system although a techie in terms of taking care of pc parts it is a must that it is place in a well ventilated place

the summer heat wont damage the pc component but excessive heat will slow degrade the component performance and hence reduce it working life span.

Every components have it working temperature and it works perfectly within the control temperature range.

Excessive heat will surely affect the performance of your system and may be harmful for your system. But I don't think that summer heat will cause any damage to your system.

Summer heat might damage your pc if you don't have a good enough cooling system - the overall temperature increase might effect your hardware. Try running when it's 20 C and 40-45, you would feel the difference - same with the pc.
