Default Unanswered: How to convert emachineshop drawing to autocad drawing

Hello Friends!

I have a drawing the extension of which is ".ems" but I need to convert it to ".dwg" extension.

Can anybody tell me how to convert it. I need it urgently as my client want me to do it.

Also, is there any link where I can download autocad for free and within a few hours as when I tried to download it from somewhere, it took around 8 hours but did not downloaded.
