Paypal's age limit?

Hello, I just need to know is there a age limit that you must be for using paypal? E.G: 18, or is there no limit and anyone at any age is free to use it?

as far as i can remember when i sign for my own account at paypal, there is a minimum age requirement, and usually that refer's to 18...

I dont think there is any age limit for opening an account in paypal. it just asks for ur age and date of birth. in order to withdraw the money, anyway u are going to give valid bank details. my sister was below 18 when i opened a account in her name to withdraw money.

Well I would think logically it would be atleast 18 but I don't know because people I know that are 14 15 16 etc have paypal accounts...

Paypal allows you to have paypal accounts if you are not of 18 years.

My cousin have paypal account and his age is 14 and one thing more he have not entered fake date of birth

I think they have those parent accounts up now, where you can register under your parents and be a minor is this correct? Ive read all about it.

i dont think paypal have age limit as it will reduce the members amount. if there is a limit, it should be at 18 while to been used worldwide.

Dust how about instead of just trying to increase your BRL amount you actually read the thread, it's already been explained dude you should get a warning for that..

i have read thru paypal user policy and it is not stated that age limitation is in place. it is just my opinion that Paypal will facing member base limitation if they have age limit on their user.

while dxunited already stated his cousin able to get a paypal account with an age of 14, but it does not mean paypal will not have it in future.

You have to be 18 years old if you want to open a paypal account card.If u less than 18 hopefully they will not allow you.

yes i think 18 is age limit by any of the payment processor on net so i think it is very common for everyone that 18 is minimum age

yes , you should be 18 but i think if you are verifying your account so they will know your age id you are not verifying so you can be of any age
but its agains the rules so you are doing illegal things so its better to join paypal from 18

What are you talking about? verification and age has no concern in paypal. The only thing is you should be over 18 to open an account in paypal.
Can you tell me how paypal will know the age of the person who is verifying his account?

i think 18 but they will not know the age of the account holder because you can lie about it

I agree you have to be 18+ to have a paypal account. minors are not allowed to handle it

18 is the minium age to get hold of an paypal account and also you must have a credit card to get it verified.
