Hello Dear Friends !

In order to have a long-term community with many offers and bonuses for you we would like you to obey the following rules.

Make sure you read the rules properly before starting posting !

1. Spam - Spam is considered a post like "thank you" "wow you are great" "i have been paid", "nice site, i will visit", "good offer, thank you" or any other type of short reply. Members which will be caught spamming will get an infraction and if they will repeat it again will get banned from this community.

2. Hijacking - If you would be caught hijacking another thread you will get automatically an infraction or a permanent ban

3. Duplicate Content (Avoid Duplicate Threads - Avoid Double Posting Same Information) - Duplicate content wont be tolerated so you are pleased to use SEARCH before opening any new thread. Infractions will be given to ones who make duplicate content. Do not double post or post your topic at multiple sections. For new topics, use the search button at the top to find out if it is already posted. If it is not there go through the BRL Forum, select the right forum / sub-forum and raise a thread. To replace / change the forum of your topic, PM moderators.


4. Offending - You don't have the rights to offend any member of this community * especially a Staff Member.
If we get a report that you have offended someone you can get banned immediately.

5. No Fights, Be in self discipline - No fights on this forum, if you have a issue just pm a moderator and he will take care of it.

6. Signatures - Signatures must contain only 4 line & 4 links and must not be bigger than SIZE 3 fonts. No images allowed and nothing other than 4 lines.

We will add no relevance marking in your signature, that is rel="nofollow", if you have less than 20 posts.

We don't advise you to link-back to p t c sites from your signature. These types of signatures may be removed.

7. Avatars - Use something friendly. No Racial / *** images will be allowed.

8. Private Messages - No advertisements, offers can be send via PM to other members. If we catch you * you can get an permanent ban.

9. Flooding - Flooding its not allowed in our board. Infractions will be given.

10. Posting Illegal Content
No ****, no warez, no hacking tools, no cc numbers, no cvv offers, no vcc offers, nothing illegal. Posting of any Illegal Content is strictly prohibited. This kind of threads / posts will be removed immediately. Hacking accounts is not allowed.

11. Posting Your Personal Contact Information
Not allowed to post your e-mail address to sell something, except you do it in PM.

12. Proxies Not Allowed
No proxies allowed , if ur busted for using proxies, ban... (security reasons).

13. Using Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts not allowed.

14. Accuracy Of Your Postings
No false information allowed here. Whatever you post here should be accurate and correct.

15. Donation of BRL$ - If you want to Donate your BRL$ to other member, you can do that after minimum 30 days of registration date and after minimum 50 posts / threads by you on this forum. Breaking this rule may result in infraction, loss of BRL$ or Suspension of account.

16. About Posting a Link In your reply:
We allow posting of REF links with proper message... However, that doesn't mean we allow you flooding forum with affiliate links.
Any thread / posts with REF Link and only Join Now like messages will be removed immediately. You may receive infraction / ban for a few days or permanent ban for this.

Posting of TINY URL's is strictly prohibited. Post the Full affiliate URL provided by any website. Don't post TINY URL's.

17. Discussion About / GET PAID TO / Websites

==> Discussion about "GET ** censored **", "GET **censored**", "GET ** censored **" type of websites is strictly prohibited.

18. Report any Post that break Rules
if you see a topic / post that break the rules do not start a discution about it but just report it to the moderators and they will take care of it (if you post in a bad topic you will lose brl if that topic will be removed..)

19. BRL $ earnings guidelines
New users will not earn any BRL $ unless they complete 20 threads or posts on this forum. There is no time limit for this ... like if you complete 20 posts today, you can start earning right from today.

Moreover, we've also increased brl $ earnings for every member here. Now for posting a new thread you will earn BRL $ 4 per thread and posting a new reply you will earn BRL $ 2 per new post.

20. BRL $ Payout Rules
Payout dates are 1st and 16th of every month. You need minimum BRL $ 200 in your account for payout request. To en cash your BRL $ you just need to send a Private Message to brl_admin. If your PM is received between 2nd to 15th date, you will receive your payout on 16th of that month. If your PM is received between 17th and 30th date, you will receive your payout on 1st of the next month.

These are BRL Forum rules at this moment. We have the right to change them so make sure you check them regularly

If you break the above rules you will get infractions and even a ban so in this way you wont be able to get a payout.

admin is it possible to give each user a list of posts that was considered "spam" after these posts have been deleted? maybe you can pm the user the list so that the user would know that those messages are spam and won't repeat posting such again.

Spamming is just bumping, useless, and flooding is like 10 posts of you nonstop with nonsense, like "erghtrhytiytuhtrhr", just randomly typed...

It depends on how you've broken the rules. If they are broken severely penalty will be tough and immediate ban may be required.

SYSAX has explained most of them. I'm hear only to pay for the useful postings. Any un-useful posts will be removed immediately. After 2-3 similar incidents by the user he will be banned from the forum.

It is not possible. Once thread is removed there are no ways to find track of it.

Look To the subforums Discute BRL of help and supert there are topics about earnings with brl...

Normally you lose if ur post is deleted

you earn when you post (lookout some subforums don't pay to post)

You have a bonus of 100 brl to get a ref that post 10 posts...

Yes, you can post prices in your thread. Make sure that you post that in correct forum / section.

A Rule has been updated about signature ...

Signatures must contain only 4 links. Any signature with more than 4 links will be immediately disabled.

Signature will be displayed only if the post size is more than 35 words. In case where the post size is below 35 words No signature relevance factor (rel="nofollow") will be added in your signature links.

yes indeed if you post a topic there will be always a mod online i think (if GoycP is back a bit more active).... and if you pm it depend on what mod (or tha admin) you pm how soon you get a respons

Hope you learn this soon,
since you're very lucky to get only 3*3 infractions for more than 10-15 psam flood within the whole forum.
Next flood/spam will cause you to ban from this forum for ten days.

You can post / advertise your URLs, But spamming is not allowed. Rules about posting your links are very clearly written here.

but as a new comer every one need some soft section from every corner for the socialization process with the forum...

admin I will like to say something in this.

Why don't you remove this and just cut some fees in payout as sending PM to anyone should be free of cost.
